Twizzle is operated by Jodi Blasutti in Ontario, Canada, for Christian singles aged 18 and older in Canada and the United States. Contact hello@twizzle.ca or use Help & support for privacy questions and requests.

Information you provide

Twizzle stores your account identifier, profile name, age, gender, city, province, territory or state, photos, biography and saved preferences. Optional answers can include religious beliefs, family information and relationship preferences. Share only what you are comfortable sharing with other members. We also store messages, interest choices, introduction responses, blocks, reports and support requests needed to operate the service.

Account sign-in uses an email address through our authentication provider or your ChatGPT sign-in. If you choose email alerts or get-together invitations, we store the contact and consent information needed for those choices.

How information is used and shown

Your profile and selected personal answers can be shown to signed-in members when your profile is active. Saved preferences help filter browsing, daily introductions and other suggested connections. Religious beliefs and optional personal answers you add to your profile may be visible to those members. Invitation consent and invitation preferences are used privately for group planning.

Messages are available to the participants through their signed-in accounts. They are not end-to-end encrypted. Twizzle may access service records when needed for support, safety concerns or legal obligations. Reports and support requests are available through Jodi’s private administration pages. A report does not automatically remove an account.

Location and photos

Twizzle uses your chosen city and province, territory or state, not live GPS tracking or your residential address. Distance labels are approximate between city centres. Map activity uses general areas and hides areas with fewer than five eligible other members. New photo uploads have common embedded EXIF and text metadata removed, without changing their image content. This does not remove information visible in an image or certify older uploads. Do not put a home address, precise coordinates or private contact details in profile text or photos. Twizzle cannot prevent another member from copying information you share.

Service providers and international processing

Twizzle uses Cloudflare for hosting, application records and photo storage; Supabase for email authentication; and ChatGPT sign-in when that method is selected. Email services may process contact information when configured for alerts or invitations. These providers may process information outside your home country, including in Canada or the United States, where local laws may allow authorities access. Selecting members in your own country does not restrict where service providers process information. Provider services have their own privacy notices and account controls.

Your choices and requests

Edit your profile and preferences, pause profile visibility, turn introductions or email alerts off, and block or report another member through your account. Pausing preserves your saved records. Account deletion removes the profile, stored profile photos and associated Twizzle conversations and records covered by that deletion. Some authentication-provider records, backups or records required by law may remain separately; deletion is not a promise of immediate removal from every provider system.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw an optional consent, or raise a privacy complaint. Identity confirmation may be needed to protect your account. Privacy rights depend on applicable Canadian provincial, federal and U.S. state law. This policy does not limit rights those laws provide.

Cookies and safeguards

Sign-in uses session cookies. Your browser can also store a signup draft and your last visited member page. Twizzle uses account access checks, private administration pages, block controls and message sending limits. No online service can promise complete security. Do not share financial information or send money to someone you meet through Twizzle.

Changes

Updates will be dated on this page. Material changes affecting how sensitive profile information is used require appropriate notice and consent before that new use.
