At 12 noon Eastern, Twizzle looks for a compatible introduction based on members’ profiles and preferences. When someone suitable is available, you both receive each other’s profiles; an introduction isn’t guaranteed every day.

Yes. Either person can start a private text conversation without a mutual match, and messaging is free. You can block someone if you don’t want further contact.
